With years of experience in customer service, Abby has built her career on creating meaningful connections and ensuring every interaction is positive and welcoming. With her creative eye and attention to detail, she ensures each piece is perfectly fitted, personal, and timeless.

Abby brings dedication to her jewelry work, offering clients a personalized permanent jewelry experience where they can find and customize pieces that reflect their unique styles. Whether it’s a one-on-one or a custom appointment session for small groups. She believes permanent jewelry is more than an accessory; it’s a symbol, a memory, or a bond to be cherished.

In addition to her welding services, Abby works hand-in-hand with our Piercers and Body jewelry specialist to curate unique styles and craft one-of-a-kind chains, drapes, and dangles designed to complement healed piercings. Whether you’re dreaming of a delicate chain across your nostrils, a faux industrial accented with sparkle, or an elegant drape that elevates your everyday look, Abby can help bring that extra shimmer to your piercings.

Abby enjoys time off relaxing with Ashton, alongside family and friends. Often adventuring and exploring nature. She cherishes time with their six cats, who keep things lively at home for her and Ashton. Outside of the studio, you might catch Abby serving up drinks, experimenting with new crafts, or tackling little creative projects. In the opinion of her boss, partner and many others, she also makes the best—and most inventive—desserts, pastries, and cookies (oh, and she’s got a bread maker 😋). Her creative spirit shines just as brightly in the kitchen and at home as it does in the studio.
